Great stuff, love the models.
I've been eager to get some games in since uncharted seas inception. Blooming studying getting in the way of gaming night at the local games store. Still I will be picking up some dwarves tonight and get in some much needed practice.
Welcome to everyone who's just as keen as me on uncharted seas.
These shroud mages (possibly evil dwarves) look great and will most likely make an additional fleet.

Sweet, loving the steam powered ships.
Probably my second fleet but it's a tough choice.
Can't wait to see their flyer.

I'm so relieved by these miniatures, whenever I tried to imagine them all I could come up with were big floaty KKK hats!

I have been going on and on about the Undead fleet for weeks, but now I have seen these, there is simply no contest.
The Shroud Mages are my next fleet. Pir2

Thank you dboeren........
Apologies, perhaps the answer was more obvious than I thought. In future I'll refer to a calendar. To be fair I was out by a week trying to determine a release date myself so the question was justified ~ if only to clarify an incorrect calculation that (it seems) only I was fumbling with. Looking forward to getting my hands on some of these lovely ships  {which is really what this is about... and when the payslips come in to finance the acquisition of new seagoing resin!}

They look nice but I don't think I'll own them, I don't feel a 'click' like when I had with DL, BG and TE. Non the less big thumbs up for the sculptor Pir1

Interesting ships, They do look like an evil dwarf type ship. I live my Dwarves and I think that these ships definitely have a Dwarvish look about them, which suppose was Spartans aim. Well it's a bulls eye!

I am totally pleased with the look of the Shroud Mages. Wonderful design for all the ships. Unlike the undead whale monstrosity these frigates really tie in well with the battleship and cruiser types. This fleet is a auto buy as soon as they are released. Neil drinks all around to the crew at Spartan Games involved with this group of miniatures. Pir1

 First of all your making a whale of a fuss about those whales. Second, the Shroud Mages' ships do look kinda' like down sized replicas of each other though. But they do look like a force to be reckoned with. I think that they might be the Orc's new ramming buddies.

Maybe it's because I had a bad experience as a child with a certain stuffed animal, but that's not really it. I'm just giving Spartan further clarification as to why I don't like them.

Upon looking at the pictures again, they don't look as identical as I thought. Very nice, not to different from one another, but not totally the same. A good combination.

Show us here on this doll where the whale touched you... That's always the risk with doing something unconventional, it's not going to appeal to everyone. But there are enoug fleets that everyone should be able to find something they like. I'm not real big on Orcs for instance.
